2. Your Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order before we ship you order without providing any reason.

To cancel your order, notify us via a clear written statement sent to: Email:shop@everglow.in or by Visiting My Orders section.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 3 business days, using the same payment method you used for your purchase. No additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, ensure the following:

✅ The item was purchased within the last 3 days

✅ The item is in its original packaging

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

❌ Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

❌ Goods not suitable for return due to nature, rapid deterioration, or expiry.

❌ Goods unsealed after delivery and not suitable due to hygiene or health protection.

❌ Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

❌Goods obtained through promotional offers or coupon codes.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.
